Edition 2025 — Gastronomic Festival of Cutrofiano

In August 2025, the Gastronomic Festival once again brought life to Cutrofiano, in the Salento area of Lecce, with its usual format of food stalls and live music. The town, known for its ceramic tradition, welcomed residents and tourists amidst the aromas of Salento cuisine and festive evenings in the second half of the month, in the convivial atmosphere that has characterized this summer event for years.

The 2025 edition of the Gastronomic Festival of Cutrofiano took place in the second half of August, in line with the tradition that places the event between the third and fourth Sunday of the month. As every year, the food stalls set up in the town offered specialties of Salento peasant cuisine, from handmade pasta to vegetable dishes and grilled meats, accompanied by local wines from southern Puglia.

The evenings were enlivened by live music, with the typical atmosphere of Salento village festivals. The Gastronomic Festival was confirmed in 2025 as one of the most cherished summer events in Cutrofiano, included in the rich calendar of events that the Municipality, in the province of Lecce, dedicates every summer to flavors, craftsmanship, and popular traditions.
