Edition 2025 — Gasslfest Verschneid

In July 2025, the Gasslfest in Verschneid enlivened the Kreuzweggasse of Frassineto, Mölten, as it does every summer. Organized by the Tourismusverein Mölten, the evening featured the Tyrolean specialties, apricot dumplings, and homemade desserts that have long characterized this village festival, confirming its place in the hamlet's summer calendar alongside the spring horse ride and the late-summer dumpling buffet.

The 2025 edition of the Gasslfest in Verschneid took place on a July evening along the alley of Frassineto, Mölten, in the province of Bolzano. As is customary, the festival organized by the Tourismusverein Mölten offered Tyrolean specialties, the typical apricot dumplings (Marillenknödel), and homemade cakes in an intimate and familiar atmosphere that attracts residents and visitors to the South Tyrolean plateau. The event renewed a tradition that has marked the summer of the small mountain village for years.
