Edition 2025 — Gara de Broade
In February 2025, Tomba di Mereto hosted the Gara de Broade, a competition among brovada producers with public tasting, popular vote, and awards, in a convivial day that concluded with lasagna offered to all.
The 2025 edition of the Gara de Broade brought together producers and enthusiasts in Piazza Dalmazia, Tomba di Mereto, around brovada, the iconic winter dish of Friuli. Amidst tastings, comparisons, and popular votes, the community elected the best producers, then shared the traditional lasagna offered to all present.
