Gamicon Videogames Festival

The third edition of the Gamicon Videogames Festival was held at the Stazione Leopolda in Pisa from Friday, April 25th to Sunday, April 27th, 2025, with continuous hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The event featured over 300 gaming stations, offering an immersive journey through the evolution of video games, from the first arcade cabinets to virtual reality technologies, passing through historic consoles and recent innovations.

Activities at the 2025 edition included: numerous tournaments, such as Tekken 8, Super Smash Bros., and Mario Kart, musical sections with Just Dance and Guitar Arena, a sports and fitness area with Nintendo titles, spaces dedicated to children with Pokémon and Minecraft, and a large esports area. The program was completed by a laser tag arena, themed escape rooms, a cosplay competition, and entertainment moments like the Spider-Man gathering, the Demon Hunters K-Pop show, and the Star Wars-inspired lightsaber duel area. The event was held under the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa.
