Edition 2025 — Gallettino Festival

The 2025 edition of the Gallettino Festival brought life to Staffoli during the third weekend of May at the AVIS Center on Via Ugo Foscolo. As per tradition, volunteers from Pro Loco Staffoli and AVIS Comunale served grilled cockerel alongside classic Tuscan dishes, with free entry and a focus on charity.

The 2025 Gallettino Festival took place in mid-May in Staffoli, a village of Santa Croce sull'Arno (PI), at the AVIS Center on Via Ugo Foscolo. The menu featured the dishes that made the festival famous: Tuscan appetizer, pasta with meat sauce, mushroom and sausage risotto, grilled cockerel, and sausages with 'uccelletta' style beans. Stalls were open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and for lunch on Sunday. The edition, with free entry and in support of AVIS Comunale Staffoli, was highlighted among the culinary events of the Tuscan weekend.
