Fusillo al Tegamino (and Sausage) Festival

Four nights of taste and tradition

From August 1 to 4, 2025, the Fusillo al Tegamino Festival returned to animate Piazza La Rocca, in the center of San Mango Piemonte (Province of Salerno, Campania). In this edition too, the signature dish was the fusillo al tegamino, short pasta served with tomato sauce, melted cheese, and meat ragù, cooked in characteristic terracotta vessels that enhance its flavor.

The musical program

Each evening featured its own free concert in the square: it opened on August 1 with Quisisona, continued on August 2 with Skizzekea, on August 3 with Stragatti, and closed on August 4 with Via Toledo.

Novelties of the year

Alongside the fusilli, the menu offered sandwiches, traditional desserts, and local wine, while an area with games and activities was set up for children. The most significant novelty was the introduction of the stand for celiac guests, which made the festival accessible to those following a gluten-free diet. The organization was managed by the San Magno Association with the support of the parish and the Municipality, thanks to the work of the town's volunteers.
