Funghi Fest 2025 - 19th edition
The 19th edition of the Funghi Fest was held in Castelbuono from October 24 to 26, 2025, confirming the event as one of the most popular autumn gastronomic appointments in the Madonie and Sicily.
On Friday, October 24, the opening of the stalls and the inaugural ceremony kicked off the festival, followed by a concert by Il Giardino dei Semplici. On Saturday, October 25, visitors enjoyed mushroom tastings and local products, visits to the Civic Museum, the "Dreaming on Fire" circus show, and a guest appearance by Sasà Salvaggio. Sunday, October 26, featured the "Artisti a Corte" market, a parade of folk groups, street bands, a concert by Sirah, and the International Culture & Taste Award ceremony. The event was organized by the Promo Madonie and Promo Castelbuono associations, with the support of the Municipality of Castelbuono, the Sicilian Region, and the Metropolitan City of Palermo.
