Edition 2025 — From Prosecco to Champagne
The first edition of From Prosecco to Champagne in the Fortress of Dreams inaugurated this food and wine event in Serravalle Pistoiese in June 2025. A weekend dedicated to sparkling wines and local products, with music and guided tours in the medieval village, which laid the foundations for the following edition.
In June 2025, the medieval village of Serravalle Pistoiese hosted the first edition of From Prosecco to Champagne in the Fortress of Dreams, a food and wine event dedicated to discovering sparkling wines and local excellence. The event combined tastings, music, and a convivial atmosphere with guided tours of the village's historical heritage, receiving a positive response from the public and setting the stage for its return in 2026.
