Edition 2025 — Frog Festival

In 2025, the Frog and Soup Festival once again enlivened the Spazio Sagre in Cascine di Buti between late June and early July, with evenings spread over two weekends. The traditional dishes—fried and stewed frogs, bread soup, mill-style pasta, grilled meats, and snails—were confirmed, along with post-dinner ballroom dancing, making it one of the most popular village festivals in the Pisan countryside.

The 2025 edition of the Frog and Soup Festival brought back the successful formula that has defined the event for decades to Cascine di Buti, a village in the municipality of Buti in the province of Pisa: two weekends of celebration at the Spazio Sagre in the sports area, with stands open from 7:00 PM.

In 2025, the stars were once again fried and stewed frogs, accompanied by Tuscan bread soup, mill-style pasta, grilled meats, and snails. The evenings concluded with the customary ballroom dancing, confirming the festival as an unmissable summer event in the Pisan region.
