Edition 2025 — Friuli Doc

The 31st edition of Friuli Doc took place from September 11th to 14th, 2025, in the historic centre of Udine, covering 33,000 square metres with over 100 stands in 20 locations, featuring 200 singers, musicians, DJs, and dancers, and numerous typical regional products.

The 31st edition of Friuli Doc transformed the historic centre of Udine into a large mosaic of flavours, music, and traditions from September 11th to 14th, 2025, covering 33,000 square metres with over 100 stands spread across 20 locations. Alongside the wines, visitors could taste Prosciutto di San Daniele, Montasio, gubana, and local specialities, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options also available.

The programme featured 200 singers, musicians, DJs, and dancers. Piazza Primo Maggio was dedicated to sports and international DJ sets, while Giardin Grande hosted the Sports Village named after Bruno Pizzul. For the first time, the edition hosted the Sister Cities Meeting, with delegations from twin cities from Austria, Slovenia, Germany, Poland, and Hungary.
