Edition 2025 — Friuli Doc Spring
The 2025 edition of Friuli Doc Spring Edition took place over the June 2nd public holiday weekend, from May 30 to June 2, as a spring preview of Friuli Doc in Udine brought to the seaside.
The event featured stands and tastings of Friuli-Venezia Giulia specialties, from traditional dishes to cheeses, wines, and agri-food and artisanal products, in collaboration with local municipalities and associations, anticipating the arrival of the main event in the historic center of Grado.
