Edition 2025 — Frittura in Festa

In 2025, Frittura in Festa once again closed the summer festival season in Cascine di Buti, with two weekends in September dedicated to fried food in the sports area. As per tradition, the evenings were enlivened by local associations and the Contrade of the Palio of Buti, who took turns at the stoves offering fish, vegetables, and fried specialties of Tuscan cuisine.

The 2025 edition of Frittura in Festa took place in the sports area of Cascine di Buti, confirming the well-tested formula of the village festivals: volunteer-run kitchen, outdoor tables, and a popular festive atmosphere. The menu focused on fried food in its fish, vegetable, and meat variations, accompanied by the music and dancing that characterize the hamlet's gastronomic evenings. The event was one of the final highlights of the long summer calendar of Buti and Cascine di Buti, in the province of Pisa.
