Edition 2025 — Frittelle in Festa

The 2025 edition of Frittelle in Festa brought winter in Rapolano Terme to life from January until the end of March. At the Largo XX Settembre stand, volunteers from the Settembre Rapolanese Association offered warm rice fritters, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, coated in sugar according to the recipe passed down by the town's grandmothers.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, Frittelle in Festa once again confirmed its appointment with the Sienese winter, from January until the last weekend of March. The stand in Largo XX Settembre, in Rapolano Terme, offered traditional rice fritters on Thursday mornings, Saturday afternoons, and all day on Sundays.

Prepared with rice, milk, sugar, and eggs according to the recipe of the Rapolano grandmothers, the fritters attracted food lovers from the town and surrounding areas, in a festive atmosphere that involved the entire village. Many visitors combined the tasting of the dessert with a rejuvenating stop at the nearby thermal baths.
