Edition 2025 — Frittata Festival
In 2025, the Frittata Festival took place on August 24 and 25 in Località Frittata, a hamlet of Casalvieri (FR). For two evenings, the district offered tastings of frittata sandwiches with zucchini, potatoes, and onions, accompanied by red and white wine from the stalls, confirming its status as one of the most beloved events of the Casalvieri Summer in the Comino Valley.
2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of the Frittata Festival was held on August 24 and 25 in the Frittata district of Casalvieri, in the heart of the Comino Valley. For two days, the residents of the district prepared frittata sandwiches in the simple version with zucchini, potatoes, and onions, served along with local red and white wine. The event confirmed its character as an authentic village festival, closing the Casalvieri summer calendar in style.
