Edition 2025 — Fried Tomino Festival

In 2025, the Fried Tomino Festival once again brought life to Torrazza Piemonte at the end of May, organized by the Amici di Roby association alongside the fourth edition of the StraTominando race. The fried tomino, the specialty that gives the event its name, was served hot at the food stalls, in a village festival dedicated to good food, music, and conviviality in the heart of the Turin Canavese.

The 2025 edition of the Fried Tomino Festival confirmed the successful formula that combines the gastronomic celebration of Torrazza Piemonte with the StraTominando running race. Under the stalls set up in the square, the Amici di Roby offered the famous fried tomino and other local traditional delicacies, while the race drew runners and enthusiasts from neighboring towns in the Province of Turin to the village. A day of sport and gastronomy that renewed an appointment now deeply rooted in the spring calendar of the Canavese.
