Edition 2025 — Fried Rabbit Festival
The 21st edition of the Fried Rabbit Festival was held in August 2025 in La Serra, a hamlet of San Miniato (PI), at the Circolo ARCI La Serra pavilion on Via XXIV Maggio. The event enlivened the weekends of the month, from August 7 to 31, opening only for dinner every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, in addition to Ferragosto.
The star of the menu was the fried rabbit, crispy and flavorful, accompanied by Tuscan appetizers, pappardelle with rabbit sauce, country-style rabbit, and grilled veal steak. The evenings were accompanied by music and ballroom dancing, in a convivial setting that confirms the festival as one of the most beloved summer events in San Miniato.
