Edition 2025 — Fried Pizza Festival
The 2025 edition at Porta a Monte
In 2025, the Fried Pizza Festival in Vico nel Lazio held its second edition on Friday, August 1, and Saturday, August 2, bringing the Porta a Monte area to life from 7:00 PM, one of the historic access gates to the medieval village. The star, as always, was the fried pizza prepared on the spot by the volunteers of the Confraternita di Sant'Antonio Abate: hot, crispy, and served even in the most classic pairing with mortadella.
The two evenings, with free admission, combined Ciociarian gastronomic tradition with the desire to gather in town on summer nights, amidst music, laughter, and shared tables. The success of the 2025 edition confirmed the festival as one of the most anticipated summer events in the town in the province of Frosinone and paved the way for the third edition in 2026, which moved to the central Piazza 24 Maggio.
