Edition 2025 — Fried Pizza Festival

The 2025 edition of the Fried Pizza Festival took place in Pofi, at Colle San Giovanni, from Friday, August 8th to Sunday, August 10th. Three evenings with stalls opening at 8 PM and closing late at night, dedicated to 'pofana' fried pizza served plain or stuffed. Live music and a dance floor every evening, with free admission to the event organized by Pro Loco Pofi.

Fried Pizza Festival 2025

From August 8 to 10, 2025, the hamlet of Colle San Giovanni, in Pofi in the province of Frosinone, hosted a new edition of the Fried Pizza Festival organized by Pro Loco Pofi. The stalls opened every evening at 8 PM, offering hand-made fried pizza in plain and stuffed versions, accompanied by sautéed chicory and traditional Ciociaria dishes.

The musical program accompanied all three evenings: Friday, August 8 with Valcomusic, Saturday, August 9 with Danilo Orsini and his tribute to 1990s music, and Sunday, August 10 with the Daniele Pullo orchestra. The open-air dance floor and the dining area with seating completed the setup, along with ample parking for visitors.

Admission to the event was free, with payment only for food and drinks.

Programme

Friday, August 8: stalls open at 8 PM, musical evening with Valcomusic. Saturday, August 9: stalls open at 8 PM, Danilo Orsini with a tribute to 90s music. Sunday, August 10: stalls open at 8 PM, Daniele Pullo orchestra.
