In 2025, the Fried Peppers Festival enlivened Gildone's Ferragosto in the Santa Maria a Quadrano district, with fried peppers, fresh bread, and wine, for the feast of the Madonna dell'Assunta.
The 2025 edition of the Fried Peppers Festival took place as tradition dictates on August 15th in Gildone (CB), in the Santa Maria a Quadrano district, on the occasion of the feast of the Madonna dell'Assunta. The fried peppers, served with fresh local bread and accompanied by regional wine, drew the community together on one of the busiest days of the summer, coinciding with the feast of the Madonna delle Grazie.
