Fried Fish Festival of Sarnico

In 2025, the Fried Fish Festival once again brought the authentic flavours of Lake Iseo to Piazza XX Settembre in Sarnico. Fried lake fish, the star of the festival, was served according to the traditional recipes of the Basso Sebino area, in an atmosphere that evoked the characteristic festivals of the 1950s.

The event, organised by AVIS Sarnico and Basso Sebino, confirmed its role as a summer highlight that combines the rediscovery of lake cuisine with awareness-raising for blood donation, in a spirit of volunteerism and tradition.
