Edition 2025 — Fried Fish and Salt Cod Festival

From September 4 to 7, 2025, the outdoor square of Eataly Rome Ostiense hosted four evenings of the Fried Fish and Salt Cod Festival, daily from 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Free admission, token system, and many food trucks dedicated to fried seafood and salt cod, with craft beers, cocktails, wines, and DJ sets under the stars.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Fried Fish and Salt Cod Festival took place from September 4 to 7, from Thursday to Sunday, in the outdoor square of Eataly Rome Ostiense, every evening from 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM. The square welcomed numerous food trucks and stands including George Lobster, Pro Loco Fiumicino, Lo Stravizio Street Food & Art, Gingiro, Bruno il Monello, Civà, Don's, and Casa del Cremolato, with fried calamari and shrimp, salt cod fillets and meatballs, seafood pasta dishes, gourmet sandwiches, and desserts.

Drinks were provided by Italian craft beers from Birra di Classe, draft cocktails from JAS, and a selection of wines by the glass and coffee from the Bar Eataly. Every evening, from 9:30 PM, DJ sets animated the square with Beat Soup, DJ Macky, and Ayro. Admission was free, with food and drinks purchased via tokens.

Programme

Four evenings (Thursday, Sept 4 - Sunday, Sept 7, 2025), daily 6:30 PM-12:30 AM. Food trucks and stands: George Lobster, Pro Loco Fiumicino, Lo Stravizio Street Food & Art, Gingiro, Bruno il Monello, Civà, Don's, Casa del Cremolato. Drinks: Birra di Classe craft beers, JAS cocktails, wines by the glass, and Bar Eataly coffee. DJ sets from 9:30 PM: Beat Soup (4/9), DJ Macky (5/9), Ayro (6/9). Activities for children with an eco-friendly pedal carousel.

Prices

Free admission. Tokens for food and drinks (1 token = 2 euros) available at dedicated cash desks, with promotional packages of 16 tokens for 30 euros and 35 tokens for 65 euros.
