Edition 2025 — Frescioi Festival
In 2025, the Frescioi Festival once again enlivened Dolceacqua with frescioi, the traditional zucchini, apple, and salt cod fritters, and Rossese DOC wine, confirming the summer event dedicated to the typical flavors of the Nervia Valley.
The 2025 edition of the Frescioi Festival renewed the gastronomic tradition of Dolceacqua. In the village's narrow streets, stalls offered freshly fried frescioi paired with Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, in an evening of taste and conviviality.
The festival confirmed itself as one of the most appreciated food and wine events of the summer in the village of the Nervia Valley, part of the town's busy events calendar.
