Fregnacce Festival

The 13th edition of the Fregnacce Festival was held from July 3 to 6, 2025, in the hamlet of La Traversa, at the Campli junction, in the province of Teramo. For four evenings, the stalls, open from 7:00 PM, offered fregnacce with fresh sauce and cacio e pepe, along with arrosticini, local sausage sandwiches, cow's milk fried cheese, and hand-made frittelle, plain or filled with prosciutto, with fried sardelle and peppers. Music and entertainment enlivened the festival every night. On Saturday, July 5, at 3:30 PM, an excursion to the Valle degli Scoiattoli with a traditional breakfast was added, organized by the Explora Association.
