Edition 2025 — Frascategli Festival

The twelfth edition of the Frascategli Festival was held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Morolo, in the province of Frosinone, along Via Porta del Popolo, starting at 12:00 PM. Organized by the Associazione Vivere San Pietro, it featured traditional water-and-flour pasta in its classic versions, typical Ciociarian products, and live music with the Affa Affa Brothers. Parking was available at the Ernesto Biondi Middle School.

Frascategli Festival 2025 — 12th Edition

On Sunday, March 30, 2025, Morolo celebrated the twelfth edition of the Frascategli Festival, starting at 12:00 PM along Via Porta del Popolo, in the San Pietro district. The event was organized, as per tradition, by the Associazione Vivere San Pietro.

The focus of the day was the water-and-flour pasta, hand-worked on the pastry board and seasoned with versions handed down from the humble cuisine of the Ciociaria region. Alongside the tastings, visitors found typical local products, red wine from local wineries, and traditional village games. Musical entertainment was provided by the Affa Affa Brothers. For those arriving by car, parking was available at the Ernesto Biondi Middle School.
