Edition 2025 — Frantotipico
The 2025 edition of Frantotipico took place on Saturday, November 1st and Sunday, November 2nd in the picturesque village of Colle del Marchese, in Castel Ritaldi, province of Perugia. The weekend celebrated the triumph of the new oil with a program full of events.
Among the initiatives: 'the world's largest bruschetta' with a challenge to guess the record-breaking slice length, trekking among the olive trees with an environmental and hiking guide licensed by the Umbria Region, the market of typical products and local crafts open until the evening, and a shuttle service every 30 minutes for guided visits to the oil mills (Celesti, Settimi, and Oleificio Cooperativo). The event, part of the Frantoi Aperti circuit, was organized by Ars Spoletium and the ItalianAccordion Culture Association with the Municipality of Castel Ritaldi.
Programme
The 2025 edition (November 1-2) featured: 'the world's largest bruschetta', tastings of new extra virgin olive oil, trekking among olive trees with a licensed guide, a market of typical local products and crafts (open until the evening), guided visits to the Celesti, Settimi, and Oleificio Cooperativo oil mills with shuttle service every 30 minutes, workshops for adults and children, and folk music.
