A Jazz Camp in Soave
The Soave Italy Jazz Guitar Camp is an international residential camp for guitarists led by American jazz guitarist Frank Vignola and his organization Big Jersey Guitar Camps. For one week, the medieval village of Soave (Verona) hosts students from all over the world for a total immersion in jazz guitar.
Masterclasses and Jam Sessions
The program alternates masterclasses, jam sessions, private lessons, and performances, with an international faculty: in addition to Frank Vignola, Pasquale Grasso, Gary Mazzaroppi, Vinny Raniolo, and Ken Smith, with a special participation by Luca Pisani. Accommodation is at the Hotel Roxy Plaza, in the heart of the village. The camp concludes with a final concert open to the community.
Soave, Village of Wine and Music
The camp takes place immediately after the Soave Guitar Festival, making Soave, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, a spring focal point for guitar enthusiasts in the province of Verona.
