Edition 2025 — Fragments of the Past

On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, Fragments of the Past drew numerous visitors to the medieval village of Garessio. The Risorgimento historical re-enactment "From Cavour to the Bela Rosìn," organized by the Pro Loco Garessio with the support of the Piedmont Region and the Municipality, enlivened the streets of the Borgo Maggiore with processions, period costumes, and curated scenery, confirming the event as one of the most cherished gatherings of the Garessio summer.

The 2025 edition of Fragments of the Past took place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in the Borgo Maggiore of Garessio (CN), attracting numerous visitors. The Risorgimento historical re-enactment From Cavour to the Bela Rosìn brought back to life figures linked to the Risorgimento and the House of Savoy, including the famous Bela Rosìn.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco Garessio with the support of the Piedmont Region and the Municipality of Garessio, enlivened the streets and squares of the ancient village with costumed participants, scenes of period life, and entertainment. The day concluded with the traditional dinner in the Pro Loco area, a moment of celebration for residents and tourists alike.
