Foza Sheep Festival (Vüsche Öoba)

The Foza Sheep Festival 2025 animated the town center on August 30 and 31, confirming the success of an event deeply tied to the pastoral identity of the Plateau. The days featured demonstrations of ancient crafts, the entire wool processing cycle, the flock parade with costumed figures, and stalls with typical pastoral products of Foza.

The festival, dedicated to the native Foza Sheep breed, attracted visitors from all over Veneto with street food, tastings, workshops, and music.

Two days (August 30-31) with demonstrations of ancient crafts and wool processing, flock parade with costumed figures, stalls of local products (pecorino cheese, dried meats, alpine cheeses, wool and crafts), street food, educational workshops, guided tours, and tastings.
