Food Identity 2025 in Vasto
The 2025 edition of Food Identity - Lands of Colors and Flavors brought the historic center of Vasto to life on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, from 6:00 PM to midnight. Piazza Lucio Valerio Pudente hosted the local produce market, while the Gardens of Palazzo d'Avalos staged the "Assaggi di territorio" initiative.
The festival involved thirty wineries with 120 labels and fifteen companies dedicated to gastronomic products. The evenings were accompanied by live music from the Civic School of Music, featuring Davide Di Ienno on guitar, Alessandro Pensa on violin, and Domenico D'Annunzio on accordion. The event reaffirmed its role as a showcase for the flavors and wines of Abruzzo, promoted by Confesercenti and CIA with the patronage of the Municipality of Vasto.
