Edition 2025 — Fontana in Bici
Second edition: gymkhana and road races for the Giovanissimi
In June 2025, Fontana Liri hosted Fontana in Bici for the second consecutive year, with a formula that dedicated the entire day to cycling. The morning opened with an ecological walk open to the public, while the afternoon was entirely for the Giovanissimi category.
The competitive program included a gymkhana, a skill test included in the regional circuit dedicated to agility and speed, and a road race held in six heats on a loop of about one kilometer, valid as a stage of the regional spring circuit for grassroots categories.
The circuit was managed by local staff with the support of the Asaci cycling association: among the organizers were Luigi Lucchetti, Marco Di Ruzza, Adriano Proia, Mattia Parravani, Federico and Riccardo Mauti. Participating clubs received special recognition, including trophies named after historical figures of local cycling. It is from this edition that the event took the form it presents today on the southern Lazio calendar.
