Folgaria Street Food Event

The Folgaria Street Food Event 2025 was held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM, along the streets of central Folgaria (province of Trento). Local restaurateurs, bars, and shops brought the best of Trentino cuisine to the streets, revisited in a street food style: among the stalls, one could taste canederli, tortel di patate, carne salada, barley soup, local cheeses, and classic desserts like strudel, all freshly prepared.

The evening was accompanied by music, entertainment, and small performances that made the atmosphere even more vibrant, along with many traditional activities to entertain adults and children just like in the old days. The 2025 edition confirmed the event as one of the most appreciated summer gastronomic appointments on the Alpe Cimbra.
