Edition 2025 — Flying Aperitivo

In the summer of 2025, the Flying Aperitivo took place over 12 sessions, every Thursday from June 19 to September 4, at the Mont de Sëura chairlift base station in Monte Pana, Santa Cristina Valgardena. Guests met at 6:00 PM for an hour of high-altitude aperitivo, featuring Hugo or Veneziano cocktails and South Tyrolean specialties, as the chairlift glided toward the Sassolungo cliffs.

The 2025 edition of the Flying Aperitivo enlivened the summer in Santa Cristina Valgardena with twelve weekly evenings, from June 19 to September 4. Every Thursday at 6:00 PM, guests gathered at the Mont de Sëura chairlift base station in Monte Pana for an hour of high-altitude aperitivo facing the Sassolungo.

During the ride, a Hugo or Veneziano cocktail was served along with snacks featuring South Tyrolean specialties. The limited-capacity format, with mandatory booking, confirmed the success of this mountain gastronomic experience in the heart of the Gardena Dolomites.
