FLIPT 2025: the 25th edition

In 2025, the FLIPT – Intercultural Laboratory Festival of Theatre Practices reached its twenty-fifth edition, confirming Fara in Sabina as one of the main crossroads for research theatre in the Lazio region. From June 12 to 22, the Sabine village welcomed artists from 18 countries for a packed programme of evening performances, masterclasses, and workshops directed by Pino Di Buduo in collaboration with the I.S.T.A. – International School of Theatre Anthropology.

As per tradition, the festival concluded with the immersive performance «Città Invisibili», which brought the streets and squares of the historic centre to life with theatre, visual arts, and shared readings. The initiative was supported by the Lazio Region and the Fondazione Varrone, with the patronage of the Province of Rieti and the Municipality of Fara in Sabina.
