FLIC – Lanciano Contemporary Festival

The 11th edition of FLIC – Lanciano Contemporary Festival was held in Lanciano (Chieti), in Abruzzo, from September 26 to November 22, 2025, under the artistic direction of Antonella Scampoli and the promotion of the I Cinque Sensi Association.

The program offered 29 events including dance, theatre, and music — 21 dance performances, 5 theatre shows, and 3 concerts — with 5 national premieres and 12 regional premieres and 6 masterclasses dedicated to local dance schools. The theatre section opened on September 26 at the Teatro Fenaroli, while the programming was distributed between the Santo Spirito Museum Complex, the Vittorio Emanuele II High School, the Sala Mazzini, and the Corso Trento e Trieste. The edition inaugurated the thematic triennium "BORDERS, CONFLICTS, ENCOUNTERS", bringing companies and artists of the national contemporary scene to Lanciano.
