Flegrean Sea Food Festival

The 2025 Edition

The 35th edition of the Flegrean Sea Food Festival was held from July 31st to August 2nd, 2025, at the Marina di Acquamorta, in Monte di Procida, starting at 8:00 PM with free admission. The organization was managed by the Associazione Vivi l'Estate together with other local entities, under the patronage of the Municipality of Monte di Procida and the FLAG Pesca Flegrea.

On the harbor quays, the kitchen was set up in plain sight, with fresh seafood pasta, mussel pepper soup, crispy seaweed fritters, and fried local fish, accompanied by Phlegraean Fields wines and local artisanal pasta. Local restaurateurs and pastry shops collaborated on the gastronomic offerings, including La Masseria, Villa Chiara, Risto-Pescheria Stella Marina, Flegrea Food Lovers, and Pasticceria Guantiera.

The evenings alternated music, performances, and comedy with street artists — including Marco Balestrieri, Riccardo Antonielli, and Geppino Scamardella — as well as guided tours through the alleys and street art murals of Monte di Procida. To manage the influx, estimated at several thousand visitors per evening, dedicated parking areas and a free shuttle service to Acquamorta were provided.
