Edition 2025 — Flauer

The first edition of Flauer debuted in the spring of 2025 in Alassio, launching the format dedicated to flowers, wild herbs, taste, and sustainability. Amidst floral installations, masterclasses, and showcookings in the center of the Riviera town, the event won over the public and the press, laying the groundwork for the second edition in 2026.

The inaugural 2025 edition launched Flauer as a new spring event on the western Ligurian Riviera. In Alassio, between the squares and the seafront, flowers and wild herbs provided the backdrop for masterclasses, showcookings, and experiences designed to promote nature and a more sustainable approach to taste. The success of the first edition led to the confirmation and expansion of the event in 2026.
