Filosofia al Mare 2025 — Conversations on Intelligence

The 16th edition of the festival took place in Francavilla al Mare from July 10th to 13th, 2025, in Piazza Sirena, on the theme "Conversations on Intelligence". Four evenings with free admission explored the theme of intelligence—human, artificial, and critical—with some of Italy's most well-known philosophers.

• July 10th — Umberto Curi (Intelligence in Ancient Greek Thought) and Pietro Del Soldà (The Art of Critique and Doubt)
• July 11th — Maurizio Ferraris (From Artificial Intelligence to Natural Intelligence) and Benedetta Giovanola (Ethics and Politics of AI)
• July 12th — Massimo Cacciari (Thought of Thought: Aristotle and Beyond)
• July 13th — Awarding of the Carlo Tatasciore Prize, with Roberto Esposito (Where Does Thought Reside?) and Francesca Rigotti (The Decline of Intelligence in the Internet Age)

The edition confirmed the festival's role as a cornerstone of the Abruzzo cultural summer, featuring the traditional Carlo Tatasciore National Philosophy Prize dedicated to young researchers.
