Edition 2025 — Filetto Chili Festival

The 18th edition of the Filetto Hot Chili Pepper Festival took place from August 8 to 11, 2025: four fiery days in the village of Filetto (CH), with spicy food stalls in the squares of the historic center, typical Abruzzo dishes with a spicy twist, international cuisine, live music in every corner of the village, evening shows, and entertainment until late at night.

2025 Edition — August 8-11

The Filetto Hot Chili Pepper Festival returned in 2025 for its eighteenth edition, held from Friday, August 8 to Monday, August 11. For four evenings, the historic center of Filetto, in the province of Chieti, lit up with food stalls dedicated to the hot chili pepper, spread across the village squares and open from the evening onwards.

Visitors were able to enjoy traditional Abruzzo dishes with a spicy twist alongside international cuisine, accompanied by live music throughout the village, evening concerts, and the usual entertainment events. The event, organized by the Abruzzo Hot Chili Pepper Academy with the Filetto Pro Loco, confirmed its role as a key summer event in the Chieti hinterland.
