Edition 2025 — Fiha di Pan Nir
The 2025 edition of the Fiha di Pan Nir was held on Friday, August 8th, in the hamlet of Norat in Introd, from approximately 8 AM to 10 PM. As tradition dictates, the communal oven was lit in the morning for the baking of black rye bread, which continued throughout the day. In the evening, the festival moved to the park of Introd Castle for a dinner featuring local products and the 'seuppa de pan ner'. This event, year after year, keeps the Alpine bread culture alive in the community of Introd.
