Edition 2025 — Sagra del Toro
The 2025 edition of the Fieste di Primevere - Sagra del Toro enlivened Monte di Buja over the usual two weekends in June, in the year Pro Buja celebrated sixty years of activity. Spit-roasted bull, fresh polenta, frico, and live music evenings were confirmed.
In 2025, the Fieste di Primevere - Sagra del Toro confirmed their charm on Monte di Buja, during a particularly significant year: the sixtieth anniversary of Pro Buja. As tradition dictates, the festival offered spit-roasted bull cooked over coals, fresh polenta, bull ragù gnocchi, and frico, accompanied each evening by live music and the warmth of a celebration that draws visitors from Friuli, Veneto, Slovenia, and Austria.
