Edition 2025 — Bull Festival
The 2025 edition of the Fieste di Primevere - Sagra del Toro animated Monte di Buja over the usual two weekends in June, in the year Pro Buja celebrated its sixty years of activity. The spit-roasted bull, fresh polenta, frico, and live music evenings were confirmed.
In 2025, the Fieste di Primevere - Sagra del Toro confirmed their charm on Monte di Buja, in a particularly significant year: the sixtieth anniversary of Pro Buja. As tradition dictates, the festival featured spit-roasted bull cooked over embers, fresh polenta, gnocchi with bull ragù, and frico, accompanied each evening by live music and the warmth of a celebration that draws visitors from Friuli, Veneto, Slovenia, and Austria.
