Fiera paesana di San Giovanni del Dosso

The 2025 edition of the Fiera paesana di San Giovanni del Dosso confirmed its tried-and-tested formula: four evenings at the beginning of July, in the covered and air-conditioned stand of the multi-purpose hall in Piazzale Donatori di Sangue. Mantuan cuisine — risotto, garganelli, grilled pork, braised meat, fried fish, and sbrisolona — was the star each evening.

Alongside the food, the entertainment program featured a mix of DJs, dialect comedy, bands, and dance orchestras, engaging all generations. Organized by Pro Loco Dossese, the fair reaffirmed its role as a community celebration for this small municipality in the Bassa Mantovana region, on the border with Emilia.
