Edition 2025 — Fiera Fredda

The 456th Fiera Fredda Snail Festival took place in Borgo San Dalmazzo from December 4th to 8th, 2025. Five days dedicated to the Helix Pomatia Alpina alpine snail, featuring traditional menus in restaurants, live cooking shows, an extraordinary market, theatrical performances, and concerts between Palazzo Bertello, the Auditorium, and the historic center.

2025 Edition (456th)

The 456th Fiera Fredda Snail Festival was held in Borgo San Dalmazzo from December 4th to 8th, 2025, with hours from Thursday evening (5:30 PM - 11:00 PM) until the Monday of the Immaculate Conception. The inauguration on Thursday, December 4th, featured a live cooking show by chef Fulvio Marengo and entertainment by the PRISMABANDA.

Among the highlights were the theatrical performance "Seniloquio" by Virginia Risso at the Auditorium, the large extraordinary market on Friday, December 5th, in the town center, and the musical evenings at the Bocciofila with the Federica Cocco Orchestra, Lou Serpent, and Alex and the Band, all with free admission. The star of the table was the Helix Pomatia Alpina alpine snail in its classic preparations.
