Fiera di San Giovanni Battista

In 2025, the Fiera di San Giovanni Battista enlivened the historic center of Gubbio on June 24th, the day of the nativity of the saint, one of the three co-patrons of the city along with Saint Ubaldo and the Immaculate Conception. The stalls offered goods of all types, with the usual presence of the characteristic ceramic bells in Piazza Quaranta Martiri.

Organized by the Municipality of Gubbio with stall assignments through a public tender, the fair confirmed its character as a traditional event, where the commercial dimension merges with the popular celebration linked to the saint. A day felt by the Eugubinian community, in the province of Perugia.
