Edition 2025 — Fiera del Gusto dell'Est Veronese
The 9th edition brought the gastronomic excellences of the eastern Veronese area to Piazza Foro Boario in Soave. Under the covered structure, the participating Pro Loco associations offered Illasi oil, Soave wine, Pressana ham, Badia Calavena gnocchi, polenta and hare, risotto, truffle lasagna, and artisanal cured meats. On Saturday, stalls opened at noon and 6 PM, with live music at 8 PM; on Sunday, inauguration at 10:30 AM, flag-waver performances, exhibitions of ancient crafts, and a free tasting of hot mandorlato (almond brittle) at 4 PM.
