Edition 2025 — Fiera dei Sapori di Carlino

The 10th edition of the Fiera dei Sapori in Carlino took place from September 19 to 21, 2025, with Piazza San Rocco as the heart of the event. Three days of food stalls, themed tastings, concerts (Jovaband, Papercut, Cindy & The Rock History), excursions, and family activities, celebrating the flavours of the Bassa Friulana region and the lagoon.

The 2025 edition, the tenth, was held from September 19th to 21st with the official opening on Friday 19th at 7:00 PM and an inaugural parade in Piazza San Rocco. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Carlino with the support of PromoTurismoFVG and the Region, in collaboration with the Pro Loco and local associations, offered the flavours of the territory: panzerotti, eel (bisàt), wild boar, clams, sea bass from the valleys, truffles, colaçs, and local wines.

Among the attractions were themed tastings, evening concerts (Jovaband, Papercut, Cindy & The Rock History), guided excursions, family activities, and culinary competitions.
