The summer town fair
The Fiera d'Agosto is one of the traditional events in the calendar of Vigevano, in the Province of Pavia. Organised by the Municipality, it is held every year on the second Monday of August in Piazza Calzolaio d'Italia, extending to the surrounding streets such as Viale Manzoni, Viale Sforza, and Via Bramante.
Stalls and specialties
The fair hosts numerous stalls with goods of all kinds: clothing, accessories, household items, food with various regional specialties, products for the home and for animals. A street food section is set up in front of the Palazzo Esposizioni, enriching the day's offerings.
A traditional event
The Fiera d'Agosto is the traditional mid-summer town fair, an established event that the Municipality of Vigevano offers every year and which attracts visitors from all over the Lomellina region. Admission is free, and the fair occupies the day from early morning until late afternoon.
