Ficarazzi Sfincione Festival

The 2025 Ficarazzi Sfincione Festival was held from October 3rd to 5th, as part of the Vivi Ficarazzi event and in conjunction with the festivities in honor of the Madonna del Rosario. The streets and squares of the town of Ficarazzi, in the province of Palermo, were filled with stalls dedicated to the Ficarazzi-style sfincione in its typical red variant with tuma cheese, tomato, onion, and anchovies.

Alongside the tastings, the program offered Sicilian street food, a craft market, cooking shows, and live performances that enlivened the weekend evenings with the sounds, scents, and colors of local tradition. The event, with free admission, attracted visitors from Palermo and the entire surrounding area.
