Edition 2025 — Fettuccine Festival

The 19th edition of the Fettuccine Festival was held in Canale Monterano from June 27 to 29, 2025, in Piazza Caduti di Nassiriya. Three evenings of traditional Roman Tuscia flavors, with handmade fettuccine, live music, and free admission, from 7:30 PM until late evening, including Sunday morning events.

The nineteenth edition of the Fettuccine Festival enlivened Canale Monterano from June 27 to 29, 2025, confirming the public's great affection for this gastronomic festival organized by the Contrada Casenove. In Piazza Caduti di Nassiriya, from 7:30 PM, the stalls offered handmade fettuccine in country-style, porcini mushroom, wild boar, sausage and truffle, and cacio e pepe versions, along with traditional main courses. The three evenings were accompanied by live music, with a tribute band opening the festival weekend, while Sunday morning hosted the usual sports initiatives.
