Edition 2025 — Crocifisso della Pioggia Festival

The 2025 edition of the Festival of the SS. Crocifisso della Pioggia took place on Sunday, September 7, in the Gianguarna district of Cammarata. The community gathered for the solemn Holy Mass at sunset in the Annunziata church, followed by the moving procession of the Crucifix statue through the district streets, amidst prayers, hymns, and heartfelt popular participation, concluding with a fireworks display.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of the SS. Crocifisso della Pioggia was celebrated in Cammarata on Sunday, September 7, the first Sunday of the month, renewing a tradition that the Sicani village has kept since 1751.

In the Gianguarna district, the Annunziata church hosted the solemn evening Mass, followed by the procession of the Crucifix statue along the streets of the district. The day, experienced in an atmosphere of intense devotion, concluded with the traditional fireworks display and moments of conviviality with tastings of typical local products.
